We recently decided to move out of our townhouse into a house so that our one year old son would have a yard to play in. We had seen JAY's signs and postcards for years and decided to contact her about being our agent. In the 2 months since first talking with her, she helped us stage our townhouse for sale, sold it within 2 weeks of its listing date, found us the perfect house in the Rancho, helped us negotiate a great price on the new house, assissted us in getting quotes for renovations, and wrangled concurrent condensed escrows, so that we could move directly from our townhouse into our new house! Jay was always easy to talk to, easy to get on the phone, and quickly responded to emails and texts. Jays's smiling face and friendly disposition always reassured us that we were in good hands.
Beyond the excellent work she did as our realtor, we feel that we've gained a new friend! Our son loves stopping by Jay's house to see her and pet her horse Casanova. The best way to put it is that Jay is just a good person. She's that neighbor that you love running into.
